Ruth Hannah Simatupang is a Partner at DKMS Lawyers. She is an experienced legal practitioner especially in Aviation law. She is a member of National Transport Safety Committee/NTSC, Transport safety investigator specialized in Human Factors and Organizational Factors. She is also a lecturer in Aviation law and management.

Currently, she is busy helping governments in transport infrastructure advisory works such as railway, airport and seaport. One of her important assignments is she advised Batam Free Trade Zone Authority (BP Batam) in signing PPP cooperation agreement for expansion of Hang Nadim International Airport and at the same time advising BP Batam in signing 4500 Litters per second Water Supply Project in Batam area.
