On February 18, 2025, Ryan Mandela, as the Managing Partner of DKMS Lawyers, had the honor of being one of the speakers at a seminar organized by ET-Asia on the topic of Public Private Partnership (PPP) in the Telecommunications Sector, attended by PT Telkomsel Indonesia. Ryan Mandela specifically elaborated on “PPP practices,” providing a detailed explanation of the challenges and best practices in implementing government-private partnerships, potential legal risks, and mitigation strategies, along with relevant case studies and implementation examples.

The seminar went very well and interactive between the speakers and the audience, with the enthusiasm of the audience seen from the many questions asked about the topics presented by the speakers.
