Alda Humaira Razzak is an associate at DKMS Lawyers and graduated from Universitas Indonesia in 2021, majoring in Business Law.

During her studies, she was involved in an organization which is the student executive board (BEM FH UI) and participated in several national drafting competitions held by the Faculty of Law Universitas Sebelas Maret and Universitas Negeri Semarang in 2019.

Since joining DKMS Lawyers, she has developed her specialisation in corporate law, commercial and litigation. She has advised and represented various clients from various business sectors, ranging from investment to employment matters in Indonesia. Alda is experienced in conducting legal due diligence for land and company acquisitions. Alda also has regularly advised clients on legal compliance matters.
