Rahmansyah Arif is our Litigation Counsel at DKMS Lawyers. He graduated from Faculty of Law, Trisakti University Jakarta.

Rahmansyah joined this firm in November 2018. Prior to joining DKMS Lawyers, he worked with a number of law firms, government institutions and private companies as in-house counsel.

On his approach of work, he emphasises accuracy and precision as to reduce risk of loosing case. Also, he has maintained excellent relationships with all stakeholders in litigation matters including but not limited to court clerks, judges, arbitrators, police and public prosecution. He alwyas values that litigation is one of the dynamic business areas and knowing this fact he is always eager to keep developing his skills through attending series of trainings offered both locally and overseas.

Rahmansyah is an experienced litigator who has handled numerous criminal and commercial litigations.
