A team from DKMS Lawyers went to Sumedang to handle a Client’s Land Due Diligence (“LDD”) for a land sale and purchase transaction. The LDD process went on for 5 days. The final result of this project is expected to help the Client in deciding whether or not the land that they are interested in purchasing is safe, clean, clear and dispute free, which in turn would support the comfort and security of the Client’s businesses in the future.
